Great value for money, quick and helpful check-in/out process - just what we needed!

the hot tub & water slide was great.

I thought it was overpriced and badly decorated. We did not gave soap, shampoo or lotion in our room. The carpet was wet and sticky in the room. The pool has been decorated to look like a family water park. But the pool is small and the room is carpeted. I would not go back or recommend it.

The room was a nice size and well-kept, I had really good experience.

The property was exceptional with attentive staff. I loved the room with a properly functioning tv. The location of the hotel was quiet and nice - not too far away from a night club. The breakfast was low cost, the check in was friendly. Actually everything was pleasant, my next choice again in Grand Rapids.

Inconsistent maintenance and cleaning!!! Poor customer service and lack of responsiveness. The advertised waterslide and hot tub were closed, impacting experience!!!

I was there only for 1 night, no problems. Not a fancy hotel, showing some ware and tear but over all good for what I needed.

Great Room Rates

No refrigerator or microwave. Staff said that those were only provided in their suites but no suites were available (even though the hotel seemed empty)

excellent access to parks and shopping spots for city explorers

I loved how close I was to beautiful Reeds Lake, perfect for a leisurely stroll, and the convenient shopping options at the Shops at Centerpoint, just a short walk away, really enhanced my weekend explorations. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the cozy atmosphere of the room, although the pool area could use some maintenance.

The staff were extremely helpful. The shopping mal was round back.

It's in a very busy area for traffic and this makes it difficult to move around, if I stayed again I would probably rent a car. Maid service was very hit and miss, some days a good job others nt so good.

Check in process was easy. Room was as described.

Was a little upset that the waterslide was not opened despite being told that it would be. But the children enjoyed the pool anyways.

I liked how close it was to shopping, restaurants, and the expressway.

Four adults staying in our room, but just towels for two. Sink water didn't drain well. Ice machine on our floor was empty. Trash left in the hallway wasn't picked up.

Had an amazing stay! The gym was fantastic, and the pool area with the slide was a blast. Our room had a sleek design and a comfy bed. I'd visit again, but be warned about parking.

We didn't get the room we signed up for. The hotel did not have the information that we wanted two double beds so they gave us a king and a roll away, but an adjustment was made in price to make up for it. I really appreciated this.

We liked everything, but thought the continental breakfast should have been included in the price.
