Inconsistent maintenance and cleaning!!! Poor customer service and lack of responsiveness made my stay frustrating. The advertised waterslide and hot tub were closed, impacting experience!!!

During my stay, I loved how close I was to beautiful Reeds Lake, perfect for a leisurely stroll, and the convenient shopping options at the Shops at Centerpoint, just a short walk away, really enhanced my weekend explorations. as a solo traveler, I appreciated the cozy atmosphere of the room, although the pool area could use some maintenance.

The room was a King with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with shampoo and body soap. The hotel had nice modern decor, but some furniture was worn out. The staff were ok, not overly friendly. The restaurant had limited options and wasn’t always open, which was frustrating.

The staff was wonderful, they went out of their way to be helpful. The bartender was great, their cocktails had me feeling like I was on top of the world after a long day.

It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable for what we got.
